Before receiving my  Real Estate License many years back; I had a 16 year career in Multi-Residential Management.  I have since discovered only 5% of the licensed Realtors know anything about managing lease properties.    So.... It just seemed natural to extend my knowledge and expertise into the Single-Family Management.  

I offer "Full Service Property Management" and I currently have over 27 properties in my portfolio.  I'm a very "hands on" manager and believe strongly that tenants must be held responsible for getting rents in on time.... properly maintaining the property... and eventually returning possession of the property in the same condition as when they moved in.  This includes cleaning, carpet shampoo, touch-up paint (if paint is available),and lawn care.
